I’m Rosemary O’Brien, Registered Nurse, Women’s Vitality HypnoCoach, and devoted self-care practitioner.
With over 50 years of nursing, healing, and holistic experience, I’ve guided countless women and families toward empowerment, emotional well-being, and renewal.
I blend Holistic Healing, Emotional Wellness, Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology, Coaching, and Bio-Resonance Therapy weaving together science, energy, and intuition to nurture whole-person healing.
My own journey with frequency medicine began four years ago, after a major injury during my nursing career.
At the time, I was told I’d never return to the life I once had but I refused to accept that.
I had the tools, the knowledge, and the faith that healing was possible.
When conventional treatments reached their limits, I turned to energetic and frequency-based healing and it completely transformed my recovery.
